Ransomware.Referring to Apple.

Since 2013 I have been using iphone and I did not have any problems with iphone generation during 5 years. I was very satisfied with iphone and Apple products.

Several days ago I put announcement on site olx.uz which is in Uzbekistan about selling my phone "Iphone x" . One ransomware man took my contacting address from that announcement and wrote me via telegram messenger without showing his any contacting details . He wrote that he wants to buy my "Iphone x" and said that he does not know how to upload his photos and videos through icloud. So, he asked me to set up his icloud on my phone to upload his photos and videos , I really wanted to help this man to make it done .So without knowing , naively I did so as he asked and he blocked my iphone . And he asked me to pay ransom 200$ to unlock it.Then he began saying like : nobody can help you. Even your masters and police.I am not not sure if I pay this 200$ he will unlock my iphone.

I understand very well that Apple's security is very top secret and strong. However, there are people who buy iphone without reading such rules or some instructions like it can be blocked by some ransomware people.

I referred to Apple support. They said only the way get my iphone unlocked is that I need to provide them "purchase receipt". Unfortunately, I can not provide them "purchase receipt" because I bought my iphone 8 months ago and from not official Apple shop which is in Uzbekistan . When I went up to them and asked if they can provide "purchase receipt" they said no. It is impossible. I provided Apple support our chat which I had with that ransomware man,box of my iphone, IMEI and serial number. So nobody could help me. Now I need to sell my iphone in details (((

Since today I decide not to use any product of Apple. I believe in this way Apple loses not only one of its client but also many of its clients even though it is not important for Apple Inc.
