Disable Touch ID for App Store

Enabled Touch ID by misstanke for App Store (thought it was only for free apps) but soon realized he managed to buy things by mistake. Now I want to disable the Touch ID for App Store but there is no way to find it in settings! Why change stuff around in the settings every upgrade of iOS so people can’t find the important stuff?!?
