Need Help with Man in Middle Attack

I am running Mojave. It is up to date. I have virus control, malware control, network security, etc. Yet, my app for network security, purchased from Apple store, has shown a Man in the Middle attack. It keeps logging it. Is there any software or user means available to mitigate these attacks? Please help asap. THANKS

MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, 2 TBT3), macOS High Sierra (10.13.6)

With all of that junk installed on your Mac, it is a wonder it is still operating. None of that software is needed on your Mac. Most likely it is one those pieces of junk that is lying to you about the problem. They usually do that. Maybe if you can you use the program created by Etresoft, a frequent contributor, to create an EtreCheck report we can help you. It will provide a snapshot of your system which we can analyze to possibly determine the cause of your problem. Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read. On the screen with Options, please open Options and check the bottom 2 boxes before running. Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy to Clipboard” and then paste into a reply. This will show what is running on your computer. No personal information is shown.

It is entirely possible that the man-in-the middle attack is NOT coming from outside your Mac, but from the so-called anti-Virus software you are counting on to protect you. This stuff is almost all complete junk, that wrecks performance and crashes your Mac for no real increase in protection over what MacOS already does for you.

It tells me that there is a man in the middle attack. Also, there are two connections showing and I only have one. It has caused problems with Icloud. I also keep getting malware downloaded when sites are spoofed. So I ran spyware stuff. Malwarebytes did not catch it but another virus program did. However, I still have ARP poisoning so I also spoofed my mac address. I don't know if that will help. I have a VPN but if someone has your IP address, router info, etc....wifi is easily hacked. So I wanted new and helpful ideas.
