How can I cancel and get a refund for the App DJay Pro. I have written several emails. Gotten no support, not replies, and the program does not appear to be conducive to my needs. This is installed on my new Macbook Pro.

I have done the steps to get help but it then directs me to the App creator which is the problem. I can't get the app creator to reply to me.
