What should I do if I’m not able to log in to my MacBook after I downloaded MacOS Mojave?

When I updated to MacOS Mojave I was no longer able to log in to my Mac, it just keeps loading I already restarted and turne off the Macbook but it doesn’t seema to work what should I do ?
