I download the OS mojave and installed is. As we all know it might take some time.
When it was all done. I get the log in page with my icon and my name as normal. I typed my password and it works.
But then it loads and i come to another page where i have to type name and password again but nothing works. Mine and my dad‘s (macbook user before me)
HELP!!!!
One other thing: what is your keyboard layout? Make sure that the right keyboard layout is selected. I have seen a similar thread where the user had a French layout but the login was set to use the English layout. Notice the little icon shaped like a keyboard at the top right.
Start your mac in recovery mode and reset the password.
Press command-R at startup until you see the Apple logo. From the utilities menu choose Terminal.
Type
resetpassword
press enter
