Hey, so my screenshots album just disappeared. And now my iPhone stores all my screenshots in Photo album. How do I get my built in screenshots album back ?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. I understand that you're unable to see the 'Screenshots' album in your Photos app on your iPhone. I like seeing my photos managed by folder as well and would like to help. Just to be sure, are you on the latest iOS 12.1? If so, you'll actually find your 'Screenshots' album by scrolling down to the 'Media Types' section.
