Proximity sensor is active all the time!!

The proximity sensor on my 6 is extremely sensitive. When I use the phone tilted the slightest movement of my thumb turns the scream black. Is there a setting for it. If not is ther a fix?

iPhone 11 proximity sensor Hi, on new iPhone (~3 month) sometimes the proximity sensor stop working. while I am in a call, the screen is not turned off and the touch is working while the phone is close to my head.

Sorry no, there's no settings.

If you think it's not working properly, have your device inspected at your most convenient Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider: Apple - Find Locations - Location Selector
