Is it possible to change top and bottom margins directly on vertical ruler?

In the old version of Pages ('09), I could drag top and bottom margins where wanted directly on the vertical ruler. There was a cursor to do so on the ruler itself, rather than being limited to the method of going in and entering numbers. Is it not possible to do this in the current Pages?

Does any know how to permanently show the ruler in Pages Hi - Im hoping some knows a way to have the ruler on by default when creating a new Pages document? I tried editing the traditional.template in 00B_Blank with no avail. Hoping someone has a solution. Thanks, Sean

Not possible. Entirely different application from Pages '09 v4.3.
