How to change language on locked mac?

so I restarted my macbook air and i wanted to log in but it say that its a wrong password. my password is with numbers. I remembered that there is two laguages, one is that include numbers and one is not. so i think that i’ve left language which not include numbers, but i need them if i want to log in.. what should i do? i can’t write my Apple ID password either becouse it include numbers too. how can i change my language? there is no system preferences button and i dont know what to do..

How do I reset language using key commands if I am logged out?
