lost tool bar in safari

lost tool bar in safari. Was there now it is gone . Favorites is gone in side bar too I cannot load any favorites sites to the tool bar or favorites menu.

iPad, iOS 5.0.1, Can't import all photos from Apertu

Have you tried Safari/View/Show Favorites Bar? Safari/View/Customize Toolbar?

Are you asking about Safari on a Mac computer or Safari on the iPad in your profile? In spite of having the same name they are quite different.
