Click on the link for Contact Support at the top of the page. Then go through the problem pages they provide and you can get to a link to schedule an appointment. You can also go to http://www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar and click on the link for Hardware Help. You can also use the Apple Store or Apple Support app on the iPhone, choose the store you wish to go to and click on Genius Bar.
