If you are seeing the error that your account has been disabled in the App Store and in iTunes, it looks like you will need to Contact Apple Support according to this article: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’

It's a nightmare. I honestly have given up before, but now I am trying to AppleTV set-up and need this account to work. I have never seen a more complicated set-up. This is not what I would expect from Apple. I have not "forgotten" a password, so why continually have to reset it? It makes no sense!

See View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support to cancel any active subscriptions. See Change or remove your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support to remove any payment method attached to the account. Then sign out of your Apple ID in each computer or device where you are signed in.
