If you are seeing the error that your account has been disabled in the App Store and in iTunes, it looks like you will need to Contact Apple Support according to this article: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’

How can I fix this? I have changed my password and it does no good still won’t work
Yes I followed everything posted on his before and I am waiting for Apple to help me. I reset my password and waited 24 hours but I am still not in.
