If you are seeing the error that your account has been disabled in the App Store and in iTunes, it looks like you will need to Contact Apple Support according to this article: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’

That doesn’t work because I keep trying that and it doesn’t work that’s only meant for the Apple ID
