If you are seeing the error that your account has been disabled in the App Store and in iTunes, it looks like you will need to Contact Apple Support according to this article: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’

Didn't wait to restore my account and created a new one. Then read this thread and restored the old one and now I have two apple accounts.😃 Thank you anyway!

i changed it on my iMac,but in iPhone i cant go in and change it, always error: failed to connect iTunes Store... i made back up,all updates are up to date
