My iPhone was originally used by my brother in UK with his ID and the payment method was of UK as well. Since he has given me the phone, I opened my own Apple ID but did not change the country and payment method commensurate with Bangladesh, I now fail to update the apps like whats app, messenger, imo, Viver etc. can you help resolving the issues.
i tried downloading an app from the apple store and it keeps telling me “Your account has been disabled in the Apple store and iTunes”.. I’ve had my password reset, yet I still got same reply.. please what do I do?
