I also have the same question, done password reset, close etc

My phone got stolen and then i manage to get it back but for some reason i cant get into the appstore or even update my app..how can i fix that

How do I fix the problem...I have a iPhone 5c that tells me the app store and iTunes is disabled every time I try it...what can I do?

Apps are tied to the Apple ID they were obtained with and the regional store they were obtained from. They cannot be updated unless you are in the right store signed in with the right ID.

I got my App Store and iTunes account enabled it’s now back to normal, I followed the instructions and talked to the security account people and they were very helpful, got me back on track again.

Maybe if you read all the replies posted here, you just might find the answer.
