If you are seeing the error that your account has been disabled in the App Store and in iTunes, it looks like you will need to Contact Apple Support according to this article: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’

If it is not too much trouble you can find the answer at the top of this page. It is marked Apple Recommended.
If you change the email address for your Apple ID it will still remain disabled until you fix the problem that disabled it.
If you create a NEW Apple ID then everything you purchased with the previous Apple ID will have to be deleted and you will have to repurchase it all, or download it if it was free. In addition, if you have Find My enabled using the old Apple ID then Find My will no longer work, and if you ever have to reset your phone or sell it you will be unable to because of Activation Lock.
So the bottom line is that the only practical thing to do is to resolve the problem and un-disable your Apple ID.

Does 'close' mean logging out and back into the account ? If it does, contact iTunes Support
My phone got stolen and then i manage to get it back but for some reason i cant get into the appstore or even update my app..how can i fix that
