It's a nightmare. I honestly have given up before, but now I am trying to AppleTV set-up and need this account to work. I have never seen a more complicated set-up. This is not what I would expect from Apple. I have not "forgotten" a password, so why continually have to reset it? It makes no sense!
i tried downloading an app from the apple store and it keeps telling me “Your account has been disabled in the Apple store and iTunes”.. I’ve had my password reset, yet I still got same reply.. please what do I do?
This isn’t an Apple ID issue. I have reset my Apple ID password several times logged off and log back in and when attempting to download anything in the App Store. I am told that my account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes. Frustrating.
This is a worldwide support site. In some regions support for this type of issue is only via contact forms. If you follow the links provided you should be able to find the relevant support avenues in your region.

I'm writing this email to inquire the reason that my apple id is disabled.
We are fellow users, we won't know why.
Could you please kindly give me some solutions?

No one in this user-to-user forum has any idea what happened. I could speculate that it was some egregious violation of the terms of use, but it must have been really serious because I've never heard of this happening before. You can try escalating within Apple, but none of us users can help.
