why the other person is unable to hear while I use video calling applications without using hands free
Hi last one week, whenever I use video calling applications like BOTIM, Skype the other person is unable to hear until I use hands free. I am able to hear and both are able to see.
Whenever I am on normal call, hands free are not required. Can you help please.
