can i still find books in itunes?

I see that i can shop for books using the books app, but can i still shop in iTunes for books? I don't see that feature on my iTunes for Windows software? The same for Apps, it is not longer there. I see options only for Music, podcasts, and audio books.

I got started because i had an epup book on my PC that i wanted to read on my iPad and I discovered that there is no BOOKS folder on the iCloud drive, so I could not just upload it that way. Of course i also tried Pages, but that did not work. Is the iCloud drive app gone? Did it become Files?
