How to enable "command+option+h" keyboard shortcut

How to enable "command+option+h" keyboard shortcut to hide other windows? The shortcut is enabled in Finder. However, it's not in many other apps, such as Google Chrome. Is there any way to enable it globally? Thanks!User uploaded file

I haven't checked every app I have but Chrome seems to be the only app I have that doesn't have the shortcut. You can add it to Chrome in System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts > App Shortcuts. Click the + sign, select Google Chrome, type in "Hide Others" in the menu field and "option command H" for the shortcut.
