Disabling Shortcuts

I unchecked "Show Spotlight search" in Preferences>Shortcuts, yet it still appears whenever I press "⌘ + space bar". This is very frustrating, especially because I always use the shortcut in Photoshop. I've restarted, shut down, powered off my keyboard, nothing works. It's unchecked and is still active.

How do you disable it???
