Disable Full Screen Quicklook (focus file, Option + Spacebar)

I want to use Option + Spacebar for something else and it doesn't let me. Even when setting it in the keyboard shortcuts to my preferred action (open iTermin window) it just does nothing when I don't focus a file and when I focus a file it does the Quicklook slide show thing.

How do I disable that behaviour?

drag and drop disable when moving an application or a window to mission control hot corner in Monterey In previous versions of macOS I would simply drag a window/application/safari tab straight to the hot corner assigned to mission control and then I could drop it at the desired space in one continuous motion. But now nothing happens so first if the window/app/tab is maximised I have to make it smaller, then activate mission control and then I get to drag it to my desired space. Thankfully for files dragging and dropping straight to mission control hot corner still works in Monterey. Any ideas how to get it to work?

How can I disable Spaces / extra desktop feature? How can I disable Spaces / extra desktop feature? Every time I move something towards the top edge it creates a new 'Space'. This is very irritating indeed, and I wish to disable it completely. How can I do this, please? Thank you.

Minimize and close out buttons disappear in full screen mode I was following this discussion and it is old so would not let me reply without restarting it. I discovered that if you double click where the menu bar should be it will flash the menu bar up and then you can select View and remove the check by enter full screen. Looks like the shortcut to get back to actual size is Command 0 or O. I will try that next time. I am hoping I can find this post when it happens to me again and I forget what I did to get back. LOL

Generally, you cannot override system shortcuts unless they are in the Keyboard System Prefs. I couldn't find that one there.
