Verification required?

When I go to update or download a free app it say verification required and it makes me pit I a payment method when I already put none on my account

iPhone 7 Plus, Can’t download or update apps

Try logging out and back into the account in the App Store app, and if that doesn't fix it contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
