Screen glitch and transparent background

Hello,

i am having problems with my macbook pro (13-inch 2017 two thunderbolt 3 ports) the screen keeps glitching, but the glinting goes away when I move the mousepad. You can also slightly see a microsoft word window on the screen even though it is not opened. The microsoft word window is transparet, but if you look closely you can see it. when I take a screenshot, the microsoft word is not there. The screen is not cracked and I have tried to restart the macbook to factory setting, but nothing has worked.

Hope someone can help me or has experienced the same

Kind regards Ann

Try an NVRAM reset. You may need to run it a few times.

If that doesn't help it may be a hardware problem and you'll need to take it in to Apple for a free diagnostic.
