Cannot add AIB card on my Apple Pay
I am a hearing impaired person (I NEVER USE PHONES) and I do not believe that Apple Support no longer has Online Chat so I want contacting to Apple Support Team to explain the Apple Pay situation of my iPhone X and Apple Watch Series 3 that I can not add my card of the AIB bank (Ireland). I had lost a card and I already canceled it and removed it from Apple Pay. Then I got a new one and tried to add it and the error message appeared "Could Not Add Card. Try again later or contact your card issuer for more information." I already contacted Bank about it and they informed me that my card is working and that I contact Apple. How can I solve it? I do not waste my time formatting everything and reinstalling it all again.
