Exercise/Move Ring Glitch

So today I was working out and tracking it like i always do since i got my Series 3 watch last christmas, but today something weird happened. When I left the gym my move ring was at like 65% and it says I burned close to 450 calories. Now, a few hours later, I look down and my watch says I've burned 300 and I'm at 40%. When I scroll down my workout has still been recorded and it says I burned 355 active calories. My question is why did the move ring shrink to a smaller number than the exercise I have recorded??? Please help!! I've searched and hard rebooted both my phone and watch, also tried manually adding another workout in the health app!!

Hi there, gricci!
Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! If I am understanding your issue correctly, you are having an issue with your Watch not tracking your exercise and movement rings properly and I’m happy to help! I recommend checking out this article for Calibrating your Apple Watch for improved Workout and Activity accuracy. This article will give you steps tp take to calibrate your Watch for better tracking. Once that has been done, complete a normal workout to test if the issue is still going on.
Have a wonderful day!
