Can't delete klarna.net plug-in

I have a MacBook running macOS Mojave. In Safari 12.0.1, with "Block all cookies" selected and while in "Private Browsing" mode, I go to:

"Safari->Preferences...->Manage Website Data...->Remove All"

and all of my data is deleted as expected, but, when I check back later, two items keep re-appearing in the list:

Klarna.net

Online-metrix.net

The words underneath each indicate that they are "Plug-ins". How do I permanently delete these? Why do they keep re-appearing? I've looked in ~/Library/Safari/LocalStorage and ~/Library/Internet Plug-ins/ and I don't see any data associated with these two items.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013), macOS Mojave (10.14.1)

Update:

Looking through my backup files I discovered that a "Klarna" cookie was added to my cookie files by Ticketmaster while I was buying tickets to an event. I've reached out to them for a response on this issue and will update this post when I hear back from them. Also, I forgot to mention that I also checked the /library/Internet Plug-Ins folder and it did not contain any items for Klarna or Online-metrix. This seems to be some new form of "evercookie" that I have not seen before.

Greetings,

Thanks for the suggestion but alas it didn't help. I tried deleting the contents of the folder both before and after removing the website data via preferences and the two items still came back after restarting Safari.

Have you looked in the hard drive level Library/Internet Plug-ins?

Try going to ~/Library/Safari/Databases.

Delete the contents of the folder.

Launch Safari again and check if all is ok.
