Invaild postal code :(

I was on App Store ready to get an app but was redirected as I hadn’t reviewed iTunes so every time I try to complete my Apple ID i am told my postal code is invalid thus I can’t go any further 😟

How do I complete my Apple ID with an invalid postal code that is correct?

Postcode not valid for Apple ID I setup an Apple ID about 17 years ago but I haven’t used an apple product in about 10 years. I recently got an iPad but when I try to install an app I get: ”this Apple ID hasn’t been used in the iTunes Store. Tap review to sign in, then review your account information” I then click on review and am brought to a “complete your Apple ID” window. Ireland is selected already, I select “agree to terms and conditions” and click on “next”. The next window asks for my billing name and address, my old address is entered already but without a postcode. I update the address and postcode but then it says it the postcode is invalid. It’s the correct Irish postcode. I’ve tried leaving it blank, enter four zeros, enter six zeros, the word “none” but none of this works. Any ideas?

If you are sure that you are entering the correct post code for your address, and in the correct format/layout, contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
