I just saw a dialogue box mentioning 'WirelessImporterDaemon' on my Mac (macOS Mojave version 10.14.1)
I have never seen this before, is it supposed to be on my Mac or should I remove it ?
I would appreciate any assistance or suggestions.

I found this to be part of some Sony software - I used to have a Sony camera, so I expect it was part of that. Deleted it and no ill effects.
Specifically, from /Library/Application Support/ I deleted:
