How to unlock iCloud account

Dear sir,


User uploaded fileUser uploaded fileI have been using Iphone X for a couple of months now with the Icloud account *** Yesterday I was trying to update the software of my phone and suddenly, the account has been locked for Security reason. To unlock that, requires verifying the identity. Sadly, I have forgotten all the information including password of the Icloud account.

Therefore , neither I can sign in nor I can sign out from the existing Icloud.
