How to unlock iCloud account

Dear sir,

I have been using Iphone X for a couple of months now with the Icloud account *** Yesterday I was trying to update the software of my phone and suddenly, the account has been locked for Security reason. To unlock that, requires verifying the identity. Sadly, I have forgotten all the information including password of the Icloud account.

Therefore , neither I can sign in nor I can sign out from the existing Icloud.

Please , never post your personal details in the forum we all here are users / members just like you .

Contact apple support on phone in your country , and request senior level advisors to open the Apple ID .

Thanks for replying on the issue.

Yes I do have original invoice of the device. Here are some photos attached of the invoice and the box.

I will be glad to if you could lead me towards unlocking that iCloud account through the conversation.
