How to stop AddressBookSourceSync in Mojave

I keep getting the "Your system has run out of application memory" and "Force Quit Applications"

message. Checking the disc I have a 2 TB hard drive and I seem to recall maxing out on RAM since you can never have enough it seems. Checking Activity Monitor the top three users - by far and by order of usage highest to lowest are callservicesd, soagent (sometimes the latter two switch places), and AddressBookSource Sync. I do not use iCloud at all. I do have Outlook on my iMac for work and wish I could figure out how to unlike "Mail" to that, since I don't use "Mail" (would just as soon delete.) Anyone else experiencing this - this started when I upgraded to the new OS about a month back or so.

Hi there, Ned!
Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you are having an issue with an error about your system running out of application memory and I’m happy to help out! I recommend starting by taking a look at this article with steps to follow to Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac. This will perform checks and stop certain software from starting up automatically. Once you are in safe mode, test to see if you have the same issue.
Also, check out this article with steps for How to test an issue in another user account on your Mac to create a new user and test the issue in the new account to see if the issue is user specific or system wide.
Let me know the results and take care!
