Does Milanese band affect heart rate
My heart is showing irregular because of Milanese metal band

I am not aware of any reason your heart rate would be irregular based on the band on your watch. The band has nothing to do with measuring the heart rate. What makes you believe the band has something to do with your heart rate?
I received a message from someone from apple community that does and to change the band to non metal
So you are saying that you received an email from someone at Apple, or an email from a thread you participated in here on the forum. Apple has not said this, and I can tell you my son has used his Apple Watch with a Milanese band since he got his original Apple Watch and it works just fine. Sounds like you received incorrect information.
Hi Chris Apple reported extends watch return period for heart feature issues
per engdget.com
I just read an article which says that Apple is extending this return policy based on the upcoming heath features, not indicating anything about a Milanese band. This is in case of issues with the upcoming health features in the US, I don't see anything about other locations, or other issues. It is about the ECG and irregular heart rhythm notifications. It is not saying that the band is causing irregular heart beat. You may wish to review your information.
Mine is series 4 and apple is extending the return or exchange policy for 45 days due to inaccurate heart etc health reasons
Yes, which is what I told you. It has to do with the upcoming health features, not about issues with irregular heart readings due to the band. If you Watch is currently experiencing problems with the heart rate, which you have yet to identify, then make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store for them to examine the device. However, at this time, your Watch cannot be experiencing the issues identified in the extended return period, since they have not been released yet.
Yes, other sites have reported the extension but none of them has stated why they did this. It was certainly not because of the Watch band.
Thanks this is the Apple product I am Disappointed after sp$800 plus
Interesting. What are you disappointed about, since you do not indicate any problem at all with your device.
