When I go to download a free app it says verification required so then I go to the settings and click none on the credit card and I press done but then when I go to update or download a free app it asked for the same thing over and over and it has been going on for like a month now and I can’t seem to fix it
If you have 'none' selected have you tried logging out of the account in the App Store app, closing the app via the device's taskbar, and then retrying ? If you get the same problem contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
