iPhone SE iOS 12.1 and programmed obsolescence

Hello,

I'm a Apple user from iPhone 3GS to SE, I never bought 7 or better because I love 4'' display.

In May I bought a iPhone SE, now I'm using iOS 12.1 (battery 94%) and I can't downgrade because I have a Apple Watch 4 with OS 5.

My company give me a iPhone 7 with iOS 11 and they suggest me to not upgrade its but now I'm understanding why.

My iPhone 7 with iOS 11 and the same configuration and apps of iPhone SE stay alive for 35 hours, my iPhone SE only 3 hours with arrest, reset and lag, the difference of 2 phone are only the CPU (A9 vs 10) and screen size (4'' vs 4.7'').

Do it happen only because iPhone SE is out from store?

I follow all suggest of Apple care for iPhone SE: switch off GPS, switch off notifications, don't use push email etc... but .... Did I buy a smartphone or GSM phone?

They don't suggest me to change battery because my battery has 94% of capacity.

When I explain the difference from iPhone SE to iPhone 7 (iOS 11) they don't respond and they say that they help me only for iPhone SE because my case id is only for iphone SE issue and they don't want know the difference... is it ridiculous or not?

I suppose that if I will update my iPhone 7 to iOS 13 in September 2019, I will have the same problems because it will be out from the store.

I'm reading of people that sell them iPhone SE with iOS 12 because it is useless.

Have anyone some suggest? Do I need to sell my iPhone SE and Apple Watch 4, if I want a normal device?

I can send to everyone the screenshot of different performance between 7vsSE, arrest and reset.

excuse my english but I'm italian and ex apple fun

What you think is not relevant.

There are many & many millions iPhone SE users (quite a popular model and you are not alone).

If your battery is not holding up is maybe how you configure your device and usage.

The 2 cores processor iPhone SE uses is the same as iPhone 6S .

iPhone 7 uses A10 Fusion and has 4 (2 High Performance + 2 High Efficiency) cores.

The differences is big not small.

"For reset or arrest I mean that during a call or during I'm using an app the device turn off and than give me a message that battery don't support the usage... my battery has 94% of capacity"

Sorry, I have no idea what you are talking about.

Never had that error message with all versions/models of iPhone, see list above.

Can't help you further,

make a genius bar appointment with Apple for an evaluation.

They can tell you what options you have.

ckuan remain in contact with me, next year I will update my iPhone 7 to iOS 13 and I will have the same performance of my iPhone SE.

The big different that you say it was really small before iOS12, my iPhone stay alive for more day and I can use its without problems and I'm talking with screenshot and not with only my sensation.

The battery of SE is 94% and is in compliance with apple politicise, Why I have block, arrest and reset?

Is it normal?

hahahaha if you want I send you screenshot,

For reset or arrest I mean that during a call or during I'm using an app the device turn off and than give me a message that battery don't support the usage... my battery has 94% of capacity.

Apple was incriminated from European Commission but only now, with iPhone out of store, I can understand why

I also have an iPhone 7 with iOS 12.1 at the moment.

It runs fine with all apps and last me a day and a half, but I usually charge when I sleep no matter how much battery left.

What iOS 13 bring, nobody knows, and if we do we are not allowed to discuss.

Don't know what you meant with block, arrest and reset.

I think you need to revise your conspiracy theory.

Really? I read this message in many post.

So the message says "this iPhone has experienced an unexpected shutdown because the battery was unable to deliver the necessary peak power. Performance management has been applied to help to prevent this from happening again"

I'm in touch with apple customer service of II level and he say that my battery is ok for apple politicise because has a 94% of capacity.

I suppose that the hardware can't support the software..... Is this a programmed obsolescence ? Don't u think?
