error 9039

On both my mac and apple tv, iTunes can't seem to connect to the internet. I have updated it, restarted it and tried everything I know how. safari and chrome are working fine. Any ideas?

MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2018, 4 TBT3), iOS 12.1
