Mac Mini 2018 Not Saving Screen Resolution

I have a new Mac Mini 2018 with 2 monitors:

Primary (plugged in via HDMI to the Mac Mini) is an LG 27UK650-W 4K Monitor
Secondary (plugged in via HDMI through a Satechi multiport USB-C hub) is a 1080p LG

With the primary monitor, I go into the Display Settings and change the screen resolution to "Scaled" and set it at 1440p.

If I shut down the Mac Mini at all, when I turn it back on, the primary screen goes back to defaulting to 1080p.

It doesn't save my screen resolution choice of 1440p for the primary.

Any advice to get the Mac Mini to save my primary screen resolution?

Just as a heads up to anyone else having this same problem, flushing the PRAM and then making the adjustment to screen resolution the next time the Mac Mini booted solved my problem.

Took about five minutes to sort out and now it saves my chosen 1440p resolution.
