Canon Pixma TS6120

I bought this multi functioin/all in one photo/pixma printer reman. from mfr., and I have never been able to figure out why I can't print mac mail emails without the top and bottom lines of text being 1/2 cut off and scrunchy/missing on nexxt page! Canon says b/c of Airprint, APple says it's is/isn't an Apple approved moment! All I know is I can print most other doc. types on two Mac pros, and nevr had a prob with two earlier Canon units. It's a drag having to contemplate buying another printer just to outguess this issue. The margin adjustments do nothing, the only thing some people tried was to use legal paper and adjust margins...but on a page by page basis, that's pretty obnoxious smelling!

I do not have any conversion settings that work (it either disappears when trying to send to pdf, or isn't convertible at all). I have no problem printing Word docs. Again, how could this NOT be an Apple issue if it shows up onscreen even before printing?!?!??!?!?!

All settings/possibilities exhausted by Applecare/support..this is a total pain!

Observe bottom line of this "preview"!
