Have you given any apps permission? I think you give permission in the app itself and Settings - Privacy- Camera shows the apps you have already given permission.
In the past I had given the apps permission. I did not change anything and now it won’t even give me the option to change the permission settings back.
To clarify, if you have nothing appearing under that section it basically means you have no apps on your device that use the camera or you haven’t opened an app up yet that does.
Once you open an app that can use your camera it requests permission, when you agree or decline (as answered by Dutchlioness75) that action then gets “recorded” under the Privacy setting for Camera by offering a “toggle” switch, it’s off if you declined and on if you gave permission.
The toggle allows you at a later date to change your mind.
If you are implying nothing appears when you know you have an app that can use the camera then I would try deleting the app, restart the device and add the app back again (sometimes a Force Restart clears up niggling issues as well).
Then try deleting the App(s), that way you remove all other associated data as well so when you reinstall everything should start from scratch again (including the setup process). Hopefully you don't have too many, even so you could try doing the above to one of them and see if you get the Privacy setting back, may be worth a try.
On my phone when I go to settings>privacy>camera nothing shows up for me to allow my camera to be used on apps. I was wondering how I fix this?
