My phone isn’t allowing my apps access to my camera, when I go to settings and click privacy and click camera, it says “apps that have requested access to camera will appear here” but Doesn’t have any apps listed

The message clearly says "apps that have requested access to camera will appear here”. Probably no app has requested for access to Camera.
Go to the app open app look for built-in settings under the app.
