Thank you so much. I did restart my watch--and that solved the problem.
I tried to restart my Apple watch by pressing and holding the side button - it doesn't give me the option to turn off the phone, instead it gives off an audible alarm. Is there a different way to restart the Apple Watch? Right now I"m stuck on a screen showing "manage" and i can't do anything.
