This is second time with no reply my FaceTime is not on my iPhone I’m in Nepal I bought the phone from Dubai but I came to Nepal I changed the network and the sim to Nepali numbers still can’t find FaceTime why I contacted you before and u said u need to change the network and sim I already did still can’t find whyyyy
It is not possible to use FaceTime on that model while using a cellular provider in Nepal. To use FaceTime you will need an iPhone from a region where FaceTime is not banned.
Few days back I contacted ur support in Dubai they told me u can have FaceTime on my iPhone it’s xs max if I travel to another country with different carriers that’s what I did still no FaceTime how come apple products without FaceTime in Dubai I understand it will not show the app the icon on my iPhone but I’m outside Dubai there is a way to install it it’s urgent don’t tell me no way

Whoever told you that was incorrect.
As stated, there is no method to have FaceTime on that model of iPhone while using it with a cellular provider from Nepal.
