Does this happen on speaker PHONE calls too?
Check to make sure that the speaker "port" does not have any "junk" in it
The orifices can be cleaned safely with a Hearing Aid Cleaning Kit - available for about $10 at a pharmacy & online (Amazon for example)

Im currently using 12.1 just updated my o.s last night before i post this, i did a several ways like restarting my phone check all the volume levels, but the things is even iif its on maximum level i feel like im hearing my phone volume like its on 4 to 5 bar only.
