Bootcamp removal woes

Hey everyone, I'm trying to remove my windows partition as it had an error and was bluescreened. However, I'm running into several issues. First off, when I try to run the BC application, I get the following error:

The startup disk cannot be partitioned or restored to a single partition.

The startup disk must be formatted as a single Mac OS Extended (Journaled) volume or already partitioned by Boot Camp Assistant for installing Windows.

I have tried entering into the terminal and using the command

"diskutil eraseVolume fat32 BOOTCAMP disk0s3", but the earlier issue is not resolved. In Disk Utility, there are the following disks:

Macintosh HD (APFS Encrypted, 366 GB) -- This is my main mac partition, and would generally appreciate if it stayed intact.

BOOTCAMP (PCI-Express Internal Physical Volume • MS-DOS (FAT32)) -- The Bootcamp partition that I am attempting to remove

Container disk2 (APFS Container, 50 GB) -- I have no idea what this is. Probably created in my earlier attempts to remove/reinstall Bootcamp. Regardless, I would like those 50GB back.

Container disk1 (APFS Container, 75.96 GB) -- The size of my original windows partition, and what I suspect is the rest of my windows data. Essentially, what I would like gone so I could reinstall.

Specs, if that matters:

Mojave 10.14.1

15 inch, 2016

2.9 GHz Intel Core i7

16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3

Startup: Macintosh HD

Intel HD Graphics 530 1536 MB

I would be greatly appreciative if anyone could help, as I would like to get windows back up and running ASAP. Thank you!
