Hey, I have a range extensor and my iphone when is connected to the public wifi does not give me the option to set the password. It says you are connected but it is not. Does someone knows how to get to the pag where I could set the password?

You can force the login screen for captive networks by forgetting the network if nothing else works.

yes, I did... but as there is no conecction nothing happens. As soon as I connect to the wifi goes to captive.apple.com ; what is usual... but doesn't give the option to set the password... it says you are connected but it is not, and next to start session says cancel.
Thanks, but i did it with the computer and works ok. I also use it in my iphone direct from the public wifi and works, it is when I connected through the range extensor when goes straight to : you are connected but no conecction
Have you tried tapping the Safari app icon ?
Public WiFi- maybe it is nit letting you set password because it is public WiFi? ( for security?) is just the guess.
what if you forget the network and then try again?
i did it also. Tried to find all solutions in internet and also from the company that sell the range extender but still the same.
How about reset networks? First, forget network again.

general - Reset- Reset network settings
i'm going to sound annoying but I did it also... not working

What range extender are you talking about? A range extender won't pass through the sign in screen from an unsecured Wi-Fi network.
