My Apple TV stop working. It’s is not connected to network. The screen is stuck on computers and settings and not responding to remote.
I tried to unpair and pair unsuccessfully (Hold menu and volume)
i ordered another remote and have the same problem.

There was nothing wrong with the remotes.
So I connected the Apple TV to ITunes (using a standard cable from another device) through a connection bellow the HDMI plug on the Apple TV .
It restored the Apple TV to factory setting and did a software update.
After that I re-plugged it to the TV and was able to pair the remove and reconnect to my Wiffi network.
It works fine now.
