Unable to authenticate

I have several accounts on Gmail but there is one I‘m not able to get working since setting my mail notifications to custom.


In the Watch App is requests me to Re-enter my password - it did this for all accounts.


Just for this one, which is my work email it will not work. I get the message “AUTHENTICATION FAILED We could not authenticate this account on Apple Watch. Make sure your watch is nearby and unlocked”, I also attached an image of it.


My watch is on my wrist - all accounts worked except this G-Suite (work) e-mail.User uploaded file
