Macbook pro 2018 keeps dropping bluetooth

My shiny new Macbook pro 2018 keeps dropping the bluetooth connect to Bose soundwave. Nothing works, including the bluetooth debug, which works for maybe a day. This is not a bose issue! It worked perfectly with my old Mac. This and Word crashing is making me feel like the new Macbook pro is a lemon.

Thanks for the reply. I'm not using the LG display ultrafine 5k display from apple. I'm using a LG 32 4k its a newer model that was just released a few months ago, so I doubt the LG recall would apply to this model. At least I can't find anything related to my model.

So far switching my MBP to 5g channel has helped fix the problem. The only reason my MBP was on the 2.4GHz channel was because my routers 5g channel was never turned on until recently. My MBP was connecting to the 2.4GHz channel by default because that's what I was using for years until I took the time to figure out that my router had a 5g channel. I've since then deleted the 2.4GHz channel within my system preferences so now it connects to 5g by default. Both channel have unique names so I can tell the differences.

Thanks Shaun
